Default CGS14 - Firemen for the Fire Engine

Hello. I am eagerly trying to purchase the set of firemen that compliment the fire engine musical box. Unfortunately, I missed out on the set that I understand was on EBay recently and have contacted just about every dealer/stockist without success. If anyone has a set for sale (ever hopeful) or can put me in touch with anyone, I would be most appreciative. Happy to give a 'finders fee' that lead to a successful purchase. Many thanks.

Hiya

Can't promise, but the last time I was at Caves Corner in Blackpool, they may have had a fire engine with a set of firemen on. Their number is 01253 622 705. Speak to Wendy or David, they are very helpful.

Not sure if they will post them out (if they still have them) but you can always ask.

Good luck!

Hello Anita. Many thanks for your kind assistance. I immediately contacted David at the company you suggested but sadly they no longer have stock of the firemen set. It was very kind of you to reply to my post so promptly. Thank you.

Hi Kim and thank you for the advice. Yes, I have tried Edwards China and just about every other listed stockist but without success. My fire engine is looking like all the crew bar Capt. Flack and Barney McGrew have all gone for a cup of tea

Default Getting More Desperate

Not sure if 'bumping' is allowed here. The title says it all, I guess. I know that my quest is going to cost me dearly, so I am continuing to add to the 'reserve fund' for when that nice person comes along to offer me this set of firemen. World-wide search now in progress.

Set of fireman and fire engine with no room to display them cabinets full, also bandstand and band if only I could have got the broken bridge would have been worth buying another cabinet.
