Instructions on how to Login in to your Collectors Club Account and how to Renew your Yearly subscription.
As a Member of the Robert Harrop Collectors Club you will have you own Login account on the website, with your details already pre-uploaded, and DO NOT therefore need to register or create a new customer account.
Logging in as a member will allow you to purchase members only Limited Editions, Special Offers and to renew your yearly subscription online.
Please follow these instructions to Login as a Club Member:

Select Login / Register on the top menu bar.

Enter your Membership Number and Postcode (including the space) in the Collectors Club Login section (Underneath the Existing Customer Login).

Click on Login and you will now be logged in as a Member giving you access to members only limited editions, special offers and to renew your yearly subscription.

Your name and address details should already by stored, but you can change these if you wish.
To renew your yearly club subscription, please follow these instructions:

Follow the above instructions to Login as a Member.

Select Collectors Club Renewal from the left hand menu bar underneath Services & Support.

You will then be taken to a page showing logos and territories which correspond to the choice of Club Free Gift that you would like to receive by range and global location. For example; if you reside in the UK and wish to receive the Doggie People free gift, then please click on the Doggie People Logo titled UK Renewal.

Click on Add to Basket then click on Checkout.

Next you will be taken to the Delivery Details where you name and address information should already be stored in the Members Login.

Select your Billing and Delivery adressess (you may change them if you wish) and click on Continue to Payment.
